About the role
As an Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our company’s operations and people processes. You will be responsible for maintaining our operational systems, ensuring data accuracy, and proactively surfacing issues or risks for escalation.
In this role, you will be the boots on the ground for ensuring a great operational experience. From onboarding new hires to managing our HR systems to supporting FinOps to Compliance audits, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with teams across the organization. Familiarity with HR systems, compliance, and IT tools is a plus.

What you’ll do
- Execute day-to-day operational workflows across tools and systems with a high degree of accuracy; identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas
- Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, operational data stores, and documentation
- Support routine vendor and tool administration tasks as needed
- Perform routine checks on our compliance software for inconsistencies, missing data, or errors and take corrective action
- Support employee onboarding by owning hardware, coordinating the onboarding process, assisting with provisioning/scheduling, and partial ownership of candidate & employee experience
- Contribute to employee experience and culture via event planning and office management
