2026 RISE Leadership Summit & Awards Gala

The 2026 RISE Leadership Summit & Awards Gala is a premier in-person professional development and networking event designed to empower the next generation of insurance industry leaders. Hosted by RISE, a professional community dedicated to mentorship, education, networking, and leadership development, the summit brings together rising professionals, students, executives, managers, and industry leaders for immersive learning, career growth, and meaningful connection.

The event will take place June 9–12, 2026, at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Attendees will experience high-impact keynote sessions, interactive workshops, leadership talks, career development opportunities, and two learning tracks focused on both rising professionals and leadership/management growth. Topics include personal and professional growth, technical and digital skills, collaboration, leadership mindset, culture and engagement, strategy, innovation, talent development, and influence. The brochure also notes that the event expects 600+ attendees and includes networking experiences such as a Welcome Reception, First-Time Attendee Event, Speed Mentoring, Beach Yoga, social activities, and the Awards Gala.

Students are encouraged to attend and can register for free using the code STUDENT. This is a valuable opportunity for students interested in insurance, business, leadership, risk management, finance, claims, underwriting, operations, or professional development to learn directly from industry leaders and connect with professionals across the insurance ecosystem.

RISE is also looking for college student volunteers on June 8–9 to assist with preparation for the Leadership Summit. Volunteer hours can be provided through RISE’s nonprofit for students who need them. Students interested in volunteering can sign up using the volunteer form provided by RISE.
